And so it begins!

In a galaxy far far away.............I made myself a canjo (This was last year.)
 
This was made out of an empty tomato can and some wood of of the garage. Along with a contact pick up it kept me and some of the visitors to the banks of the Mississippi in New Orleans mildly entertained. I thought that was it but I got the bug.

Around Christmas time I saw a biscuit tin which I was immediately attracted to. Not for the obvious contents but because of its shape. It is a Cadbury's tin and to me, it looked like a guitar body. And now it is.

I added some electrics plugged it in and my word I love it. After costing this out I have decided to have a go at making these things and will sell them for £50 each + postage.

At a recent folk festival I met the Fantastic Captain Hotknives who has expressed interest and the organisers have asked me to do a workshop next year. How fabulous.
